Enter the world of HP Lovecraft with a night full of extraordinary performances, music, and vendors
Does it feel like maybe the world is going a little insane lately? Does it feel like maybe there are sinister forces reaching out to consume the world as we know it? Literati Events is excited to announce their inaugural event “Cthulhu Christmas” at the Santa Monica Bay Woman’s Club on December 21, 2024 from 9:00PM to 1:00AM.
This foray into the mind of HP Lovecraft will be a night full of incredible performances, live music, and macabre vendors all to celebrate the unique madness of this world.
“Cthulhu Christmas” is an 18 and over event with a bar open to purchase alcoholic beverages. ID will be
required for purchase of alcoholic beverages and all bars will be credit card only. The bar is sponsored by

Performances during “Cthulhu Christmas” include:- sideshow and burlesque by Vita DeVoid who, with over two decades of international headlining in the
world of burlesque, will delight and dazzle you;
- cyr wheel by Taylor Krasne, actress, aerialist, and stunt woman known for her time on “T acoma PD” and “Soul Mates”;
- wandering magic by Michael Mirth, Gold Winner of the International Battle of Magicians and performing
member of the Academy of Magical Arts at Hollywood’s iconic Magic Castle;
- DJ set by Duke Skellington, artist and producer on the forefront of the “future swing” movement;
- contortion by Lyra Star, singer-songwriter and professional contortionist;
- burlesque by Phoenix Fire Flow, fire artist, belly dancer , and burlesque mentor;
- live music by Habibi Swing, a trio composed of Jason Masoud, Hector Guardado, and Ty Mauro.
In addition to the many live performances, “Cthulhu Christmas” has a selection of curated vendors for those of the eldritch, macabre, and gothic tastes. If you’re in need of unique oddities during the last minute holiday shopping rush, these vendors are not to be missed.
